Springvale is delivering employability experiences in partnership with schools across the greater Belfast area offering careers development opportunities. We are offering the opportunity for students to experience an interview in a real-world environment with our professional staff.
We will then follow this process with quality feedback on what went well and how to improve for each student. We can come to your school, or you can come to Springvale Learning where we will have a room set up to create a real-world experience for your students.
Springvale has been designed to provide your students with a range of employability skills that are key to preparation for the workplace. The objective of the process is to assist students in acquiring the skills, attributes and capabilities that are needed to enter and succeed in the world of work.
We are also offering the opportunity for students to experience a range of skills development sessions across all our Professional and Technical Areas, Hair, Beauty, Barbering, Plumbing, Joinery, computer technology, Catering and Digital Technology.

Your students will take part in short taster sessions aimed at developing their understanding of the skills required for a career in each professional area, the benefits and opportunities of employment in these high growth areas and have a practical session guided by a sector qualified professional
The objective of the process is to assist students in acquiring the skills, attributes and capabilities that are needed to enter and succeed in the world of work and give them an in-depth insight into possible career progression options.
